1. From now until Holiday Fair, the library will clear $1.00 of library fines for every book or DVD donated to the book club used book sale.

2. Mackenzie Miller, graduate of 2010, will be here today, right after school, in C-20 to speak with students about college life and her experiences at Vanderbilt. Come by, ask questions and hear, first hand, what to expect when it’s your time to head off to college.

3. The next meeting of the World Affairs Club will take place today immediately after school in Mr. Books’ room.

4. All AFS Club members are required to sign up for Holiday Fair work shifts and contributions on the SIGN-UP Board in J-Pod next to Frau Kornreich’s room. Please sign up as soon as possible.

5. Spanish Club Members: Please sign up to work at Holiday Fair and to bring in candy items for prizes. We also need members to participate as a Mariachi group. Join the fun – signup sheet is in Spanish Room area at J-POD.

6. Leadership council will be having a meeting on Tuesday, November 22nd after school in C-20.

7. Congratulations to the following Cappies for having their reviews selected for publication. Mara Coyan, Braxton Stricker, Lizzie Deadrick, Katie Peters and Claire Foran all had their reviews of Highland High School’s production of “Dividing the Estate” selected to appear in the Kentucky Post.

8. All Spirit Club members are required to sign up for Holiday Fair work shifts and contributions on the sheet outside of room 16.

9. A representative from Seiferts Sports will be here on Tuesday, November 29 to take letter jacket orders. A $50 deposit is required. Pick up information on the front Counter.

10. Vote for Hans Hinebaugh for the Cincinnati Bengals Ohio National Guard Player of the Year. Go to Mariemontwarriors.org for more details. You can vote until December 9th.

11. Student Council will meet Tuesday after school in Mr. Hanley’s room.

12. Thanks to all who helped make our canned food drive a success! Overall, we collected roughly 2,700 cans for Inter-parish Ministries. The results of the Key Club sponsored breakfast are as follows: In 3rd place Mr. Books 1st bell class, in 2nd place Mrs. Timmerding’s room, and finally 1st place Mrs. Bell’s class. Thanks again for the generous donations.

13. There will be an important Key Club Meeting next Monday the 28th after school in C-20.

14. Girls Tennis Players – please return tennis bags at awards ceremony tonight.

15. Reminder to Fall Athletes – Awards are tonight beginning at 6:30.
