1. There will be a Leadership Council Meeting today after school in C20.
2. A representative from The College of Mount St. Joseph will be here today at 10:30 and on Wednesday a representative from the Marine Corps will be here at 10:30.
3. Spanish Club members are invited to our social event tonight at Don Pablo’s in Rookwood. Please sign up in the Spanish Room if interested in attending. The dinner is at 6:30 p.m.
4. Attention Key Club Members: Volunteers are needed to serve as ushers and serve refreshments at the NHS induction on Thursday night from 6:30-9:30. Please see Mrs. Bell to volunteer. Also, there will be a Key Club Meeting after school on Wednesday to organize the canned food drive.
5. Students that would like to take a spirit bus to Saturday’s State Cross Country Meet should sign up on the sheet on the front counter before Friday.
6. All NHS Members: Today is the pizza lunch in the home ec room during second lunch. Old members remember to bring your assigned food, drink or paper products – see list outside room 9 if you forgot – and remember to bring your interview sheet so you can interview your inductee during the luncheon tomorrow.
7. The Fiber Arts class is in need of old electric skillets that still work. Students will be using them to melt wax for batiks. It doesn’t matter if the skillets are scratched or dented as long as the heating element works. If you can help us out, please drop the electric skillets off at the office or Mrs. Lair’s room.
8. There will be a Student Council meeting in Mr. Hanley’s room on Wednesday at 7:15 am.
9. The Greater Cincinnati Golf Coaches Association and the Enquirer recently announced their All-Star recognition for Division I, II and III. Senior Captain, Mag Long was named All-City Second Team. Freshman, Will Grimmer was named to the 1st Team and also named Player of the Year for Division II & III.
10. Chess Club has been canceled for today.
11. Boys Basketball Sign-up meeting is today @ 5:00 in the gym followed by open gym. Any questions, see Coach Ellis.
12. Acoustic guitar club will meet this Wednesday at 3:00 in the band room. Feel free to bring your own instruments or borrow one of ours.
