  1. BICK’S DRIVING SCHOOL will be teaching a Driver’s Education class starting on May 7th immediately after school. Classes will be held from 3-7 on May 7, 8, 9, 10, 14 and 15. Cost is $350.00. See Mrs. Dunlap in the Counseling Office for information and registration. 
  2. ALL CAST MEMBERS of Annie and Rosencrantz and Guilderstern should please check your school email for this year’s awards ballot. Please fill it out and return it to Mrs. Lowery via reply email by no later than today. 
  3. IF YOU didn’t order your yearbook, this is your last chance! Online orders are closed, but you can bring a check for $64 to Mr. Becksfort until April 27th. Make checks payable to Mariemont High School. There will not be extra books available for sale next fall when they arrive. 
  4. MARIEMONT ARTS ASSOCIATION and Art Club Scholarship judging will take place this Wednesday, April 25th, in the upper library. Students are required to have portfolios and exhibits set up by 7:30 AM Wednesday. All arrangements for equipment, extension cords, easels etc. must be made in advance. Exhibits must be taken down and all items put away on Thursday. 
  5. PROM INFO: For those who would like to key the address into your smartphone or computer for map quest directions to the prom: the hotel address is: Hilton Netherland Plaza Hotel: 35 West Fifth Street, Cincinnati, Ohio 45202 (the corner of 5th & Race). The event will be held in the Hall of Mirrors, located on the 3rd floor. If the hotel parking lot is full, park directly across the street on Race Street (Tower Place Parking Garage): the cost is usually $5.00 and there is a covered walkway to the hotel.   6. CONGRATULATIONS to this year’s Prom Coourt. Candidates for Prom King are Ben Gorman, Evan Hafley, Bryan Routt and Michael Weston. Candidates for Prom Queen are Meggie Bailey, Elizabeth McCracken, Lindsey Serraino and Mallory Widecan. All MHS students who attend Prom will vote on Friday night; coronation of the Queen and King will occur at Prom. 
  7. DUE TO THE GREAT DEMAND, we are considering offering another Lifeguarding class beginning next Monday, April 31st. If you are interested, you must see Mrs. Keefe by Thursday, April 26th. 
  8. THE MARIEMONT WOMEN’S LACROSSE team brought their record to 8-0-1 last night with a 15-4 victory over Seven Hills last night. The Warriors were led by senior Kaila Roberts with 5 goals, Elizabeth McCracken and Madison Saffin with 3 apiece. Haley Weston added 2 goals and an assist and Alice Barnes and Natalie Utt each had 1. Mariemont travels back up north tonight to play at New Albany, #1 in Ohio. 
  9. REMINDER: Tomorrow is the last day to enter photos for the Mariemont Annual Photography Contest. Thus, all entries are due to Mrs. Richardson tomorrow, Wednesday, April 25th. Please turn in your entry forms and/or photos to either the office or Mrs. Richardson personally. Cash prizes will be awarded to the top 8 photos. 
  10. Detention is in Mr. Wainscott’s room this week.
